Plinius - Naturalis Historia




General information

A journey into the free and wild nature of our woods where, with the help of agronomists, visitors will be guided to the discovery of plants of the Mediterranean scrub, of lichens among the volcanic rocks and animals and insects that surround us.

There will be a meeting with our beekeeper friend who has more than 40 hives in our lands where he produces acacia honey, wildflower and chestnut.

Then there will be a visit to the vineyards and the cellar, to discover old and new cultivation and winemaking methods such as organic and biodynamic cultivation methods, vinification and aging in amphora and aging in volcanic cave.

  • Tasting of 2 wines and typical local and seasonal products. The wines will be illustrated by the winemaker Roberto Zeno and a professional sommelier.
