An unusual experience, not to be missed, in a small rural cellar immersed in the lush Monferrato hills. Tommaso, eccentric vigneron, makes us participate in the birth of wine by accompanying us in a peculiar tasting of musts in their different phases:
from hand-picked grapes before fermentation, while it is fermenting and at the end of the process to analyze with at least 4 of our senses how it evolves and how it becomes wine.
The Asotom winery produces personal organic wines with a particular philosophy and totally innovative techniques, wines that we tasted tapped directly from the barrels in the cellar of what was the King's summer residence, after a regenerating walk through the rows of vineyards and olive groves.
