CESIRO CRU

Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG

"Strong, stubborn, passionate and traditional just like the person who inspired him. Cesiro was our ancestor, now it is our Tuscan way of thinking. "

Grapes: 100% Sangiovese

Terrain: Mostly clayey, in the hills, located at 550 m a.s.l.

Yield: 40 quintals per hectare - spurred cordon - single vineyard "La Bruciata" - manual harvest in crates in October

Vinification: Vinified in steel barrels and aged in 20 hl oak barrels. in mixed wood slightly toasted for 18 months.

Bottle aging for 12 months. Spontaneous fermentations. Not filtered.

Closure Type: Cork stopper

Alcohol:14.50%


HERMES

Rosso di Montepulciano DOC

Grapes: Sangiovese and other Tuscan red vines

Terrain: Mostly clayey, in the hills located at 550 m a.s.l.

Yield: 50 quintals per hectare. - spurred cordon - manual harvest in crates in October

Vinification: Vinified in steel barrels and aged in 20 hl oak barrels. in mixed wood slightly toasted for 3/6 months.

Bottle aging for 6 months. Spontaneous fermentations. Not filtered.

Closure Type: Nomacork, in sugar cane, 100% natural

Alcohol: 13.50%


BOATMAN

Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG

"Boatman, this was the name of the pile of wheat stalks harvested by hand at Lake Chiusi, the place where the vineyards of our Chianti grow."

Grapes: Sangiovese and other Tuscan red vines

Soil: Predominantly silty and sandy, at about 300 m a.s.l.

Yield: 60 quintals per hectare - spurred cordon and guyot - manual harvest in crates in October

Vinification: Vinified in steel barrels and aged in Armenian wooden tonneau for 3/6 months.

Bottle aging for 6 months. Spontaneous fermentations. Not filtered.

Closure Type: Nomacork, in sugar cane, 100% natural

Alcohol: 13.50%


USTA

Rosato di ToscanaIGT

Sangiovese in purity from first choice and rigorously selected grapes.

The wine is neither filtered nor clarified to keep the primary aromas of the grape as intact as possible.

Grapes: 100% mixed Sangiovese from our vineyards

Yield: 60 quintals per hectare - spurred cordon and guyot - manual harvest in boxes in September

Vinification: About 6 hours in contact with the skins in steel tanks. Soft pressing.

Maturation in steel barrels for 3/6 months and refinement in the bottle. Spontaneous fermentations. Not filtered. No clarified

Closure Type: Nomacork, in sugar cane, 100% natural

Boxes: Box of 6 bottles

Alcohol: 13.50%


BRUGGINA

Bianco di Toscan IGT

“Vinified with care, this wine is the result of the collaboration of two small cellars and a thought on wine. "

Grapes: Mixed as it used to. Mostly Trebbiano - white Canaiolo and other Tuscan white vines

Terrain: Historic vineyards with clay soils

Yield: 80 quintals per hectare - Guyot - manual harvest in boxes in September

Vinification: Vinified and aged in steel barrels for 3/6 months. Gentle pressing. Not filtered.

Closure Type: Nomacork, in sugar cane, 100% natural

Alcohol: 13.50%


NEPO

Red vermouth

"Our vermouth has roots in past ages: an ancient 17th century recipe from a Tuscan herbalist's shop.

This was the era of the sorcerers of Galatrona, followers of Nepo, a prodigious Tuscan magician and healer at the service of the Medici. Nepo through infusions, herbal extracts and a pinch of magiasis earned the title of supernatural healer. "

Grapes: From our grapes and from our wine, an infusion of herbs according to an ancient recipe from the 1600s.

Aging: 3/6 months in oak barrels. Not filtered.
