TREBBIANO D’ABRUZZO DOC.

Harvested around mid-September in small crates to preserve the integrity of the fruit, destemming-crushing and draining on wooden slats to separate the must from the skins which are then gently pressed.

Spontaneous fermentation without adding yeasts or other substances capable of modifying the natural characteristics of the wine.

Aging in vitrified cement and earthenware amphorae for about 8 months.

Bottles produced around 2500


CERASUOLO D’ABRUZZO DOC (from Montepulciano grapes).

Harvested around the end of September in small boxes to preserve the integrity of the fruit, destemming-crushing and draining on wooden slats to separate the must from the skins which are then gently pressed.

Spontaneous fermentation without adding yeasts or other substances capable of modifying the natural characteristics of the wine.

Aging in vitrified cement for about 8 months.

Bottles produced around 3500

Aging in vitrified cement for about 8 months.

MONTEPULCIANO D'ABRUZZO D.OCG SELECTION.

Harvested around mid-October in small crates to preserve the integrity of the fruit, de-stemming-crushing and maceration on the skins for about 30 days.

Fermentation occurs spontaneously without adding yeasts or other substances capable of modifying the natural characteristics of the wine.

Aging in vitrified cement for about 12 months, then at least 12 months in the bottle.

This is a selection of the grapes from the highest part of our oldest vineyard.
