MIXED VINES BOX - Adopt your TINTILIA vines for a year and receive the "WINEMAKER'S BOX.

  • You will virtually follow the progress of the work and growth phases of your lives, by accessing your personal page on the IWE platform
  • You will support the winemaker in the preservation of the territory and support him for his commitment to produce healthy and environmentally sustainable wines.

  • The wine will be shipped directly from the producer at cellar prices according to his reservations.
  • You can actively PARTICIPATE in the experiences in the vineyard and in the cellar, and take part in the creation and processing of what will be your next wine, to stay in touch with your vintner and your vines.
  • As an adopted winemaker you will be the first to know when your winery will insert an experience on the IWE platform. You will be able to reserve your place immediately so as not to miss an exciting moment of the journey of your grapes, as they sprout and grow until they are harvested, brought to the cellar and carefully selected and processed, to then begin the fermentation and winemaking process.
  • We will advise you where to stay, where to eat and what to do when you are on site, to live a true local experience.

Places for experiences are limited as are the bottles of wine for this project. Adopt your vines and immediately get to know the wine and the winemaker directly from your home, waiting to book your place for a fantastic experience.

Alcohol: 14.5% vol. (The value may vary with the vintage)

Production area: San Felice del Molise (CB)

Altitude: 520m a.s.l.

Training system: spurred cordon

Density: 3,000 plants per hectare

Yield per hectare: 35/40 quintals of grapes

Organoleptic characteristics: It is red in color with highlights

on the garnet, lively and bright. On the nose balsamic notes prevail

spiced, with a background of black cherries and berries.

In Mouth it is soft, round and enveloping.

Pairings: roasts and medium-aged cheeses

Serving temperature: 16 - 18 ° C.

PROCESS

Harvest: first half of October

Harvest: manual in boxes

Vinification: careful sorting of the bunches. Maceration for

minimum 12 days without ever exceeding 25/28 ° C.
